Applications are now open for the Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two July Extension and the Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021 July Extension. The extended programs give eligible businesses that did not apply in June, or have since become eligible, an opportunity to apply for the equivalent of July Top-Up Payments.
Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two July Extension
The program offers grants of $4,800 to eligible businesses, to assist small to medium-sized employing and non-employing businesses in eligible sectors that were impacted by the July lockdown restrictions, and who have not already received support through the Business Costs Assistance Program Round Two.

How to apply
Applications are open from Friday 30 July 2021 until 11:59pm 13 August 2021.
Check your details on the Australian Business Register website are correct prior to submitting an application. This includes ensuring the industry classification (ANZSIC class) linked to your ABN registration correctly captures the business’ primary business activity.
Complete all questions in the application form and submit it, so we can assess your application as quickly as possible.
You must certify that your business meets all eligibility criteria.
The Victorian Government or their representatives may audit your application, so you will need to produce evidence at the request of the Victorian Government.
If any information in your application is false or misleading, you may be asked to repay the grant.

Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund 2021 July Extension
This program offers grants of $7,200 to licensed restaurants, pubs, clubs, hotels, cafes, and reception centres that are registered to serve food and alcohol and have been impacted by the July lockdown restrictions. Eligible liquor licensees will receive an invitation from Business Victoria to apply for a grant of $7,200 per premises.

Businesses will not be eligible to receive a Licensed Hospitality Venue Fund July Extension grant if they have received support under any of the following programs:
For employing businesses only, the applicant must confirm that the business is supporting its workers (including casual workers, where possible) to access any paid leave entitlements, or that if a person can work from home, to work from home during the Victorian Government COVIDSafe restrictions.
Businesses who hold a food certificate but do not hold a liquor licence are not eligible for a grant under this program. Businesses who hold a liquor licence but cannot provide a food certificate for the same premises are also not eligible for a grant under this program.
How to apply
You can submit an application online through the form link sent by Business Victoria to the liquor licensee’s eLicence email address.
Liquor licensees without an eLicence email address must set one up on the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation Liquor Portal at https://liquor.vcglr.vic.gov.au/liquorportal by 11.59pm on Monday 9 August 2021 to receive a grant application form link from Business Victoria.
Only one application is permitted per premises. A business must submit a separate application for each premises if it has more than one premises under the same ABN.
Applications close at 11:59pm on Friday 13 August 2021. Exceptions may apply if you have been asked to submit your application beyond this date.
